How to achieve a fro Hawk on short natural hair

FRO HAWK

So I tried out a Fro hawk at home because under normal circumstances I would not go out with this hair style (am a bit conservative) but I think it is not bad at all. I will work on trying it for going out in public. This style could be done even on much shorter TWA. Natural hair does not have to be boring.

On freshly washed, conditioned and detangled hair, I plaited three big braids “Ifikuti” and covered with a satin cap for the night.
In the morning, I lightly spritz the ends of my hair with my DIY spritz (a mix of water, glycerine, Jamaican Black Caster oil and 3 drops of lavender oil) and undid the braids.  Using a wide tooth comb I combed and applied a bit of Shea Moisture Curling Smoothie. I smoothed the hair away from the ears on each side towards the centre to create a Fro hawk and secured with bobby pins all the way from the front to the back and voila!
